European
Film Promotion (EFP) is pleased to announce that five alumni of its
flagship programme PRODUCERS ON THE MOVE will take part in this year’s
Europe-Latin America Co-Production Forum, held during the 73rd San
Sebastián International Film Festival (19–27 September 2025). The Forum
runs from 22 to 24 September and brings together producers from both
continents to foster new international collaborations.
The selected alumni – Fred Burle (One Two Films, Germany), Katarzyna Ozga (Iris Production, Luxembourg), Elisa Heene (Mirage, Belgium), Alice Tabery (Cinepoint, Czech Republic), and Delphine Schmit (Tripode Productions,
France) – represent the PRODUCERS ON THE MOVE editions of 2023, 2024
and 2025. They are heading to San Sebastián to meet new partners,
exchange ideas, and develop co-productions with a particular focus on
Latin America.
Since the launch of the Forum and EFP’s
partnership with the festival in 2012 nearly 75 former Producers on the
Move from 26 different European countries followed the festival’s
invitation and have participated, benefiting from the opportunity to
connect with peers and decision-makers from across the globe.
Organised
by the Industry Department of the San Sebastián International Film
Festival, the Europe-Latin America Co-Production Forum is a key platform
for boosting cross-continental film partnerships, supporting the
development of new projects, and strengthening international production
and distribution networks.
